Region Policy (Draft)

Draft for lawyer review. This policy describes where the website/game is offered.

1) Restricted regions

We do not offer the website content and downloads to users located in Russia (Russian Federation), based on country/geo restrictions and compliance considerations.

2) How restriction may be applied

• Best-effort IP geolocation blocking (note: imperfect accuracy).
• Self-attestation in relevant flows (if any) that the user is not located in a restricted region.
• Additional enforcement on app distribution/payment platforms where applicable.

3) Appeals / questions

If you believe access was restricted by mistake, contact support: help.funandball@gmail.com.

Note: This policy does not verify nationality. Any region policy must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
